Shipping policy

Clothing:

We are committed to delivering your Aurelyn outfits securely and on time.

Processing and Dispatch

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days of order confirmation.

  • For made-to-order/ custom-tailored/ custom-fit products, the orders are typically dispatched within 4-10 business days.

  • Delivery timeline is usually 4-10 business days. It may vary depending on the location.

  • At Aurelyn, every outfit is made with utmost care— which means we don't offer express shipping as a standard option. That said, we understand that sometimes occasions don't wait. If you have an urgent request, please reach out to us and we'll do our very best to accommodate it. Our customers always come first, and we'll make every effort to get your order to you in time.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Please note that delays may occur due to high demand or any other unforeseen circumstances. Aurelyn has no control over any delays caused by the weather, volume, traffic, etc. for the shipment.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping, anywhere across India without any minimum order.

  • Express Shipping: Extra shipping charges will apply. The freight charges will be communicated before dispatch and will have to be pre-paid before the order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS containing your airway bill (AWB) number, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

Undelivered Packages: If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or unreachability, the parcel will be returned to our facility. Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address and contact number at the time of checkout.

Accessories:

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.     

We use reliable courier partners to dispatch and ship our products, which typically takes 1 - 2 business days.

The delivery timeline is typically 4 - 10 business days.

Please Note: Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking ID to follow its journey!                                               

Shipping Charges:  

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping across India.

Express Shipping:

We are happy to provide express overnight shipping across India. The freight charges will be INR 400. The parcel will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. However, if an order is placed on Sundays, Public and Government holidays, the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day. Please be aware that Aurelyn has no control over any delays caused by the weather, volume, traffic, etc. for the shipment.  

Same Day Shipping:

This is only accessible for Delhi NCR. We provide Borzo/Porter as a choice. You may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.    

Please Note:

*The estimated shipment time is the number of days it will take to receive an item from the ship date specified at checkout. It excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If the buyer requested a different delivery option, or has made any changes to the order details post placing the order,  the delivery may be delayed. The shipment date may change if your purchase includes items that are in transit, and/or are manufactured to order. Check the dates shown at checkout and on your email of confirmation.

*The shipping fee is non-refundable.

*Please inspect the package before you take it from the delivery person. If you have any reason to believe that the package has been tampered with, refuse to receive it to protect yourself from liability. Additionally, we advise that you record a video of yourself opening the package because it will serve as evidence in the eventuality of a mismatch or theft during logistics.

*Please be aware that if you are unavailable when the delivery is made, you can arrange it for as many as two further delivery attempts at a time that is more convenient for you.

*For any changes in the shipping address or in case of a delay or queries, please get in touch with us for additional assistance and we will get back to you at the earliest.
