At Aurelyn, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward returns and exchange process.
CLOTHING:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

For made-to order / custom - tailored / custom-fit products, we do not accept any requests for returns and exchanges.

Items purchased during a clearance sale or using promotional discount codes may be exempt from returns, subject to the specific terms of the promotion.

Please be advised that we cannot process any returns or exchanges without a clear, uncut video of the product being opened.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact and attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, please contact our support team via Whatsapp at 8130881858. Please share your Order ID, the reason for the return/exchange, clear photographs of the product and a clear, uncut video of the product being opened in case you have received a defective or incorrect item. Our team will review your request as soon as possible.
Please Note: We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the item does not align with our policy conditions.
Once your return is approved by our team, we will share our address details for you to ship the item back. The shipping charges for the return/exchange are to be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Returns are subject to a quality check upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or do not meet our return policy criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please be advised that we do not provide cancellation.
Exchanges:
Non-Sale Items: We appreciate your order with us and incase there are any problems with your order, we provide a 5-day exchange policy on all the Non-Sale Items. You will be provided with a credit note with a validity of 3 months or exchange with the product of your choice and please be aware that we do not offer refunds. The product in exchange should be of the same or higher value. The balance of the exchange product of the higher value will be borne by you. However for the missing product & damaged product, you have to report us within 24 hours.
Sale Items: All sale items are non refundable and non exchangeable.
To Qualify for a Return:
- Within 5 days of receiving the item, a return request must be made.
- All tags must be intact, and the items must be brand-new.
- The original invoice, packing, and tags must all be intact upon that packaging.
- The product shouldn't have any blemishes or defects.
- Make sure the product's embellishments are in good condition.
- Products purchased are not on sale.
Return won't be feasible if:
- It is outside the allotted time frame for a return request.
- Anything included in the shipment that was received is missing.
- Misuse of the product results in damage.
- Unless it was damaged when it arrived, any item that has been used and opened.
- Items that came with a gift cannot be returned without the complimentary items.
- A promotional package's items cannot be returned or reimbursed.
- Any sale item or items purchased using a credit note cannot be returned.
- Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
We retain the right to deny the return of the product if Aurelyn deems that it does not meet any of the aforementioned parameters.
Return Process:
When you're certain you want to return a product, send an email to aurelynadmin@gmail.com right away. Include your order number, the product's specifications, and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item (s).Please take note that all return requests must be made within 5 days of the product’s delivery and that all of the aforementioned obligatory return parameters must be met.
Our Customer Care team will respond to your return request as soon as possible. The products will be picked up by us.
Refund:
We do not offer refunds, however if a product is defective during manufacture or shipping, a replacement will be provided to you. You may contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges:
Please be advised that exchange is valid only for 5 days post delivery. Products may be exchanged as long as they are new, unopened, and still in their original packing and tags. Regarding the exchange, you may contact us for further information.
